Barista/tearista

**Responsibilities**:
Providing good and quality customer service experience to customer.
- To welcome and provide warm and friendly dining experience to all customers.
- Provide menu and any promotional item menu before taking order
- Take note of the order issued by the customer carefully
- Repeat order for customer verification
- Key in order into the menu ordering system
- To ensure to meet the timeline for meal ordering delivery
- To ensure the cleanliness of the dining area.
- To process food orders accurately and always be proactive to customers' needs.
- To coordinate drinks and dishes from kitchen, ensuring they are delivered to customers efficiently and accurately.

- Any ad hoc tasks given by Restaurant Manager or Area Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong interest and passion in food preparation and serving
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes
- Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia/English
- Able to work with Alcohol
- School leaver, home maker and retiree (age below 50) are encourage to apply
