**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for performance of purchasing department.
- Review related ISO 9001 documentation for continual improvement.
- Attend to ISO audit, customer audit, internal audit or any other audit for purchasing department.
- Daily update schedule for sub material II &III arrival.
- Daily Review Backlog/Critical Items with Supplier and update to CS
- Daily follow up reject and replacement for sub-material from vendor.
- Review sub-material trading & assembly item to ensure effective management of stock.
- Upon feedback from vendor on in-active stocks, inform relevant CS and BD for action required and update vendor accordingly.
- Follow up with Logistic team for pick up Sub material from vendor side or Interco side
- Update vendor and CS (Customer service) for Sub material arrangement and Arrival time.
- Sourcing new item, new supplier
- Request quotation from supplier ( three days lead time minimum)
- Request sample for new item with supplier ( max 3 days lead time).
- Tally P/O with supplier
- Monthly close P/O
- Monthly close backlog Call in Orders upon CS no longer needed.
- Meeting with vendor (discussion on quality requirement, negotiation of price, credit Terms and delivery on time).
- Follow up with finance for supplier payment.
- Update approved vendor list upon registration of new vendor.(Submat 2&3)
- Evaluate vendor as per vendor assessment SI on half yearly or yearly.
- Get full documentation from marketing team for customer quotation & P/O, drawing and vendor quotation.
- Create master card except the keysight and agilent is create by CS own self.
- To liase with forwarding agent for shipment clearance for oversea purchased.
- assigned by superior from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Diploma or higher in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in purchasing for manufacturing company.
- Able to do planning.
- Able to build team for peak performance.
- Computer literate.
- Strong bargaining /analytical /communications skill
- Highly resourceful and independent to drive work activities.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good in handling of customer complaint.
- Good in solving problem and project management.
**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
