**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership & People Management**:

- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Store Managers to deliver consistent operational and customer service excellence.
- Ensure team engagement and foster a high-performing, positive culture in line with Boost values.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement development plans for managers and key team members.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Ensure all stores meet or exceed company standards in cleanliness, food safety, product quality, and service delivery.
- Conduct regular store visits to audit operations, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Address and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
- **Sales & Financial Performance**:

- Drive sales growth and profitability across the area by analysing sales trends and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Manage labour and operating costs to meet budget expectations.
- Execute local marketing and promotional activities to support store-level performance.
- **Training & Development**:

- Ensure all team members receive proper training in customer service, operations, and health & safety.
- Identify training gaps and coordinate with the training team to implement necessary programs.
- **Reporting & Administration**:

- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans for underperforming stores.
- Manage rosters, payroll accuracy, and other administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of multi-store management experience, preferably in the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS/reporting systems.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
