To prepare all documents needed for purchase / return of all raw materials, indirect materials, spare parts, packing materials, general purchase & services in accordance with purchasing procedures.
- To assist in sourcing products / services, and negotiating with suppliers
- Assist in evaluating vendor’s performance
- To coordinate with Accounts on payment due to suppliers in various payment mode.
- To coordinate with suppliers on delivery of items purchased.
- Other tasks assigned by the superior.
