**Position Overview**:
The Content Creator is responsible for developing engaging and original content across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and proficiency with digital tools to produce content that aligns with the company's objectives and resonates with the target audience.

**Goals**:

- **Engaging Content Development**: Produce high-quality, original content that effectively communicates the brand's message and appeals to the target audience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop and produce engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Utilize a variety of content formats such as written articles, videos, infographics, and podcasts to reach diverse audiences.
- **Research and Ideation**:

- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to generate innovative content ideas.
- Stay updated with current trends and audience preferences to inform content strategy.
- **Editing and Proofreading**:

- Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors and factual inaccuracies.
- **SEO Optimization**:

- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and search engine ranking.
- Conduct keyword research to inform content development and improve organic reach.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to assess effectiveness and inform future content strategies.
- Adjust content plans based on data-driven insights to optimize audience engagement and reach.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools and a demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated ability to generate innovative and engaging content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to interpret data and analytics to measure content performance and inform strategy.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adjust content strategies based on emerging trends and changing audience preferences.

**Performance Metrics (Scorecard)**:

- **Content Quality**: Assessment of creativity, originality, and alignment with brand standards in produced content.
- **Engagement Metrics**: Levels of audience interaction, including likes, shares, comments, and overall reach.
- **SEO Performance**: Improvement in search engine rankings and organic traffic attributed to content efforts.
- **Timeliness**: Ability to consistently meet content production deadlines.
- **Adaptability**: Demonstrated responsiveness to feedback and evolving content trends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
