**About the Role: Personal Assistant to Head of Business**
We’re on the lookout for a **highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Personal Assistant** to support our Head of Business (HOB) across both personal and professional matters.
This role blends administration, marketing, communication, and operations. You’ll play a vital part in keeping the HOB’s workflow smooth while also gaining insight into the core of our business strategy and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
Personal & Executive Support
- Manage the HOB’s daily calendar, travel plans, and appointments
- Handle confidential tasks and communications with discretion and professionalism
- Run occasional personal errands as needed
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the HOB
- Take minutes during key meetings, prepare reports, and track follow-ups
Marketing & Digital Coordination
- Assist in basic content creation (e.g., video shooting, simple design via Canva)
- Support social media scheduling and platform updates
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, brand materials, and promotional events
Administrative & Operations
- Handle documents, data entry, and general admin support
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and suppliers
- Manage basic finance-related tasks such as claims and expense tracking
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma** in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- **At least 1 year** of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
- Proficiency in **Mandarin (spoken & written)** is required to communicate with Chinese stakeholders
- Possession of a **valid driver’s license** and willingness to drive when necessary
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and familiar with Canva and CapCut (or similar tools)
- Bonus: Prior exposure to digital marketing, design, or social media content creation
