Ui/ux Web Designer

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for in house user experience research, strategy, and production.
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with the product team and development team.
- Participate in market research and analysis activities like persona crafting, user interviews, and users’ data analysis.
- Illustrating design ideas using process/methods like wireframes, process flow, and sitemap.
- Creating original and purposeful graphic designs (eg. illustrations, images to be used in the website)
- Developing proof of concepts and prototypes with a prototyping tool.
- Prepare and present prototypes to internal teams/key stakeholders.
- Conduct iterative improvements to the current app’s user experience based on user feedback or gathered data.
- Assist in developing visual collaterals for marketing purposes.
- Collaborate and brainstorm with other teammates to turn ideas into reality.
- Work together as a team to achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong command over Figma/InVision/XD or other equivalent prototyping tools.
- Fluency in best practices for information and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns.
- Required language(s): English
- 1 Full-Time position(s) available.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience or ability in web programming is a huge advantage to be selected.
- Video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- An online portfolio or samples of works demonstrating experience and ability crafting user-centered and result-driven design solutions.
