Bowling Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Bowling Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the bowling center, ensuring smooth lane operations, excellent customer service, and safety compliance. This role also involves supervising staff, monitoring equipment, and assisting in organizing events or leagues to enhance customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Operations Management**
- Oversee daily bowling center activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor lane conditions, equipment performance, and cleanliness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and maintenance standards.

**2. Staff Supervision**
- Supervise and schedule bowling staff (cashiers, lane attendants, technicians).
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.
- Conduct on-the-job training and ensure staff deliver quality service.

**3. Equipment & Maintenance**
- Conduct regular checks on bowling lanes, machines, and scoring systems.
- Report and coordinate with technicians or contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.

**4. Customer Service & Event Support**
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Support promotional events, tournaments, and group bookings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote bowling activities and offers.

**5. Reporting & Administration**
- Prepare daily reports on lane usage, sales, and incidents.
- Assist in stock monitoring for bowling shoes, balls, and accessories.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in bowling operations or entertainment center supervision.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of bowling lane and equipment maintenance is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
