IT Executive

**Location**: HQ - Semenyih, Selangor
**Position**: IT Executive / IT Specialist
**Salary Range**: RM5,000 - RM7,000 (Based on experience & qualifications)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot company IT infrastructure, including hardware and software
- Provide daily technical support to internal users (hardware, network, printer, system issues)
- Manage data backup systems and ensure data security and protection
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, servers, networking devices)
- Monitor system performance and provide regular reports to management
- Plan and execute IT-related projects, upgrades, and system improvements
- Ensure IT policies, procedures, and best practices are followed
- Coordinate IT support between HQ and branch offices (if needed)

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 3 years of proven working experience** in IT-related roles
- Strong knowledge in **Windows OS, Networking (LAN/WAN), Server Administration, and IT Security**:

- Solid troubleshooting skills with **evidence of past successful projects or tasks**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of responsibility
- Willing to work **on-site in Semenyih, Selangor**:

- Must be able to **provide proof of previous work experience (portfolio, references, documentation, etc.)**
