**Responsibilities**:

- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute training strategies that support business needs and in accordance to company guideline
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
- Organize training sessions for internal staff and perform demonstrations to ensure objectives are achieved
- Prepare and organize training and materials to ensure training is perform effectively and efficiently
- Ensure high standards of acquired skills are attained and all staff are well trained
- Organize and conduct activities such as beauty workshops seminars and product launches
- Focus on skill set training and effective selling skills training. Improve staff knowledge, build stronger and more positive mind set
- Furnish the company with the latest beauty information and keep abreast of competitors’ activities and new technologies and strategies
- Perform ad hoc visits at all outlets and conduct assessments on staff
- Prepare and present reports monthly to the management
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.

Experience and Skills Requirements:
- Relevant Sales Experience.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to review information and sales performance which helps to make decision on training needs.
- Good decision-making skills, in order to determine the best way to address gaps in training or areas for improvement.
- Effective communication, organizational skills to work with the team and develop effective training materials.
- Basic computer skills to produce training materials, assessment, and document discussions.
- Interpersonal skills, to interact with various stakeholders, including customers.
