Architect Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION ï‚- To assist the project manager to plan, monitor and control daily works at the project site. ï‚- To implement all policies, activities and procedure, instruction as relevant and required by the PQP & PSP management system ï‚- To comply with legal and other requirement applicable to the organization ï‚- To ensure diet project operation are well coordinated and adhere to documents & drawings control procedures ï‚- To plan, coordinate and monitor subcontractor's activities at project site. ï‚- To coordinate among clients, consultants and subcontractor in order to ensure all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specification, construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc and in line with clients and consultants. ï‚- To ensure that inspection and tests are carried out as per inspection and Test Pal, results of such to conform to specifications and drawings. ï‚- To submit sample, materials, shop drawings and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval. ï‚- To ensure that workers and subcontractors adhere to good house-keeping and implement the PQP & PSP practice. ï‚- To ensure that all construction works carried out are in accordance to the PQP & PSP procedures, instructions and practices. ï‚- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior. ï‚- To check all the construction drawings by consultant if got any discrepancy. ï‚- Accountable for the quality, environmental, safety and health performance at his/her workplace
