PURCHASING CLERK (GENERAL PURCHASE)
- To ensure related filing system updated and properly arranged.
- To answer all incoming phone call and taking messages effectively.
- To assist Head of Department and Executive in the issuance of Purchase Order (PO) by faxing and mailing to the vendors concern.
- To follow up/confirm with suppliers on delivery of itema as per delivery date.
- To update record of Daily Receiving Record for all materials and child part.
- To assist Head of Department and Executive on the renewal process of Sales Tax (CJ5), Custom Department report and others.
- To update purchase record under Sales Tax (CJ5) and to report status to Superior.
- To assist suppliers on the purchasing matters in the absent of Head of Department and Executive.
- To follow Company Procedure according to TS16949/2009 quality system.
- To assist other departments on the purchasing procedures and matters in the absent of Head of Department and Executive.
- Issue PO according to purchase requisition
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein
- Expediting the process of preparing Purchase Order and payment requisition
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.
- Monitoring, follow-up and updating shipping/delivery schedules and payment to suppliers
- Provide summary of monthly purchase record for verification & ensure all documents (PO, DO & invoice) are match
- Maintain all completed and updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
- To compile monthly data & report for all purchases and stocks

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
