Construction Project Manager

- To ensure all construction activities are performed safely by ensuring all precautions, preventive measures and control measures are in place, after identifying and analyzing risks associated with each activity.

- Planning - to ensure all resources are deployed timely during the course of construction both quantitative, including logistic and all the necessary approval.
- To assign tasks and responsibilities and set short term to mid term KPI to site engineers, site supervisors and coordinators and to monitor their performance regularly and periodically and provide guidance whenever necessary.
- Procurement - to advise Project Director / Senior Project Manager / Project Manager and to sub-contractors and / or suppliers are appointed timely.
- To monitor progress and assess performance of sub-contractors, and intervene if any works or sub-contractor is falling behind schedule, through site meetings and walk-about.
- To perform and to ensure coordination and interfacing among sub-contractors and different trades or scope of works.
- To keep project cost at the lowest by optimizing utilization of resources and increasing efficiency through constant review to curb redundancy, overlapping or double handling and wastage.
- To conduct quality surveillance on a regular basis and to ensure work is done accordance with the last construction drawings and specifications, and to minimize defect and prevent such defect from recurring.
- To ensure all work done including variation order are measured correctly and submitted for interim progress payment.
- To ensure adequate record keeping for claims and project closure.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering
- 10 years of working experience in construction industry
- Willing to be base outside from Klang Valley
- Good communication with all level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
