- Monday to Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Sunday: Closed

**Age Requirement**: Below 35 years old
**Minimum Education**: SPM
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing **excellent customer service**, **assisting with store operations**, and **maintaining a clean and organized store environment**. You will be responsible for helping customers, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
**Job Scope**
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Assist customers in locating products and making recommendations as needed.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- **Store Operations**:

- Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies to management.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about current promotions, products, and store policies.
- Communicate relevant product knowledge to customers to enhance their shopping experience.
- **Cash Handling**:

- Operate the cash register and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
- **Merchandising and Stock Management**:

- Assist with visual merchandising and stock arrangement to ensure attractive product displays.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory items to the supervisor.
- **Health & Safety**:

- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
- **Age**: Below 35 years
- **Minimum Education Level**: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic math skills for handling transactions, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
- **Availability**: Ability to work Monday to Saturday as per the store’s schedule.
