As we expand across Malaysia, we’re looking for passionate and customer-oriented Sales Ambassador to join our dynamic team in the perfume retail industry.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**
- Receive and inspect all incoming materials, verifying them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper organization, labeling, and accessibility.
- Monitor and record stock levels in the inventory management system.
- Report any discrepancies or items requiring replenishment to the Storage Manager.
**2. Product Handling & Storage**
- Enure goods are stored in compliance with safety, quality, and health standards.
- Safely handle materials, including heavy lifting, using appropriate equipment when necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in storage areas, keeping aisles and access points clear.
**3. Order Fulfillment & Runner Duties**
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or shipment to customers.
- Act as a runner to prepare and send items to outlets accordingly.
- Fulfill stock requests for retail operations and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist staff in locating requested items in storage or inventory.
**4. Stocktaking & Reporting**
- Assist in conducting regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with inventory records.
- Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and damages or losses.
**5. Other Duties**
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a storekeeper, storage, runner or storekeeper.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move merchandise safely.
- Basic computer skills for updating inventory records and operating management software.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with retail and warehouse teams.
