**Requirements**:

- Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in quality assurance or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in quality inspection or quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate inspection findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with quality management systems, quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and relevant regulations.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Inspect Products: Conduct thorough inspections of products at different stages of the production process, including raw materials, components, assemblies, and finished goods.
- Identify Defects: Identify defects, non-conformities, or deviations from specifications by conducting visual inspections, measurements, tests, and other relevant techniques.
- Document Findings: Record inspection results accurately and systematically using appropriate documentation tools or software. Maintain detailed records of inspection outcomes, including defects found, corrective actions taken, and any other relevant information.
- Communicate with Other Teams: Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and management to address quality issues, communicate inspection findings, and implement corrective measures promptly.
- Handle FAT with Clients: Facilitate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with clients by coordinating schedules, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all relevant parties are present. Conduct inspections during FAT to demonstrate product compliance with specifications and address client concerns or inquiries.
- Initiate FAT Process: Initiate the FAT process by sending invitations to clients, outlining the agenda, providing necessary technical documentation, and coordinating logistics to ensure a smooth and efficient testing process.
- Implement Corrective Actions: Work closely with relevant departments to implement corrective actions, such as adjusting production processes, reworking defective products, or implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence of quality issues.
- Monitor Compliance: Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
- Provide Training: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and quality standards to enhance overall quality awareness and performance.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
