Associate Supervisor

This position is to oversee the day-to-day operations in a manufacturing environment, to create work and production schedules, monitor quality and ensure products are manufactured efficiently. associate supervisors must perform human resources activities, such as hire workers, train and maintain records of employee performance and attendance on the job. In addition, associate supervisors must ensure the production department meets the company’s safety goals by developing and conducting training for workers.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
These may include, but are not limited to:

- Support new product prototyping activities
- Prepares production checklist and reports
- Coordinate and monitor production schedules
- On-time delivery of shipments based on customer requirements
- Coordinates inventory transfers with related departments
- Hire and train production operators, conducts performance reviews
- Oversee work and provide technical guidance to production staff
- Ensure production activity complies with budgetary limitations and time constraints
- Responsibility includes management of employee work performance, hiring, discipline & development
- Prepare inventory and work status reports
- Ad-hoc duties when assigned.

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Min 6 years of working experience in a Production Line Leader/Senior Leader/Technical Operator/Senior Technical Operator/ Associate Supervisor role.

**Language**:

- Malay and English (required)

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
