Offplot & Marine Planner

Hengyuan Refining Company is currently looking for a talented and experienced **Off Plot & Marine Planner** to join our dynamic team.

As an **Off Plot & Marine Planner**, provide planning for reactive maintenance activities, including the development of efficient work plans, tasks, sequences, parts/material procurement, and craft/manpower resources.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with HRC HSSE standards and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the GAME Maintenance Execution process.
- Conduct site checks and plan work orders by breaking down all relevant maintenance activities into logical tasks, including resources, parts/materials, craft/manpower, and sequences for optimal work execution.
- Create plans covering Electrical, Instrumentation, Inspection, Mechanical, and Civil disciplines.
- Develop HSE plans and Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) for planned work orders to ensure safe execution of tasks.
- Create and maintain a library of plans for HSE and reactive maintenance activities. Ensure that library plans contain accurate information on cost, materials, services, labor, and other resource requirements.
- Responsible for material procurement and availability prior to the execution of reactive maintenance.
- Plan and procure materials for plant changes, major plant activities, SI (System Integration), and shutdowns.
- Plan and procure materials for turnarounds registered under TWAP and emergent work.
- Assist in workload sharing and provide potential coverage for the Discipline Team Lead during their absence.
- Support the Scheduler in resource deployment.
- Plan, track, and control expenditure, optimizing costs incurred for maintenance activities, including shutdown maintenance work.
- Provide coaching and guidance to planners, technicians, and area engineers.
- Undertake special assignments as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Marine Engineering, Logistics, Offshore Operations, or related field.
- **Experience**:
Proven experience 5 years in marine planning or off plot operations within offshore oil & gas industry.
- **Knowledge**:
Familiarity with marine operations, offshore logistics, vessel operations, and relevant industry regulations.
- **Skills**:
Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
- **Certifications**:
Relevant marine certifications (e.g., Offshore Safety, etc.) preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
