**Position Summary**
The Social Media Customer Service Representative handles customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints across various social media platforms, ensuring timely and professional responses. This role aims to provide an exceptional online customer experience while maintaining the company’s brand reputation.

Customer Support
- Respond promptly to customer queries, comments, and messages on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, XHS).
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments when needed.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.

Community Engagement
- Actively engage with the online community to foster positive relationships with customers.
- Monitor mentions, tags, and hashtags to address customer concerns or questions proactively.
- Acknowledge and appreciate positive feedback from customers.

Content Moderation
- Moderate user-generated content to maintain a respectful and safe environment on company platforms.
- Report or remove inappropriate content as per company guidelines.

Feedback and Reporting
- Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Prepare weekly or monthly reports on social media inquiries, response rates, and common issues.

Support Marketing Campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media responses align with ongoing campaigns.
- Assist in promoting new products, services, or promotions through customer interactions.
