**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a Business Analyst who will also take ownership of PMO responsibilities within our insurance team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, supporting user acceptance testing, and managing key PMO tasks to ensure smooth project delivery. This is a great opportunity to combine business analysis expertise with project management ownership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Analysis**:

- Engage with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements and process workflows.

**PMO Responsibilities**:

- Own project scheduling, progress tracking, risk and issue management, and resource coordination.
- Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and assist with financial reporting related to projects.
- Prepare project status updates, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage vendor invoice processing and maintain compliance with project governance.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and support effective communication between teams.
- Support the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with change management activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience combining business analysis and PMO.
- Familiarity with insurance processes is advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
