We are hiring a dynamic and organized Admin cum Marketing staff member to support both administrative tasks and marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of office work and creative outreach, and is comfortable interacting with clients and assisting in growing the company’s presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Tasks_
- Handle day-to-day office administration including filing, data entry, and managing documents
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams
- Ensure the office is well-organized and running efficiently
- Marketing Tasks_
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Create content for social media platforms and assist in managing online presence
- Make marketing and follow-up calls to potential leads and clients
- Help coordinate promotional events, campaigns, and collaborations
- Track marketing performance and prepare basic marketing reports
- Support in handling customer inquiries on social media and messaging apps

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Confident in making phone calls and following up with clients or leads
- Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to multitask
