**Position : Retention Officer - Wisma Ali Bawal, PJ (Normal Working Hours)**
**Location : Petaling Jaya**
**Working Hours : Monday - Friday / 9.00am - 6.00pm(5 working days / 2 days off)**
**Contract : 6 month (Renewable based on performance)**
**Salary : RM2,000 + Unlimited Commission**

**Job Description**:
1. Service Provider to supply telemarketing agents for the following services:

- Upselling (Outbound) - to upsell Ce customer in legacy pack to latest/highest Ce pack.
- Retention (Outbound) - to retain past churner with Ce Retention Campaign offers.

2. The scope of work for the telemarketing agents:

- Perform retention outbound calls to gain reconnection from past-churners who had requested for account disconnection for Ce/Hotels.
- Perform upselling outbound calls targeting potential Ce customers from a targeted base given.
- The agents shall be providing their services daily based on specific working hours requirements.
- The agents may be required to work Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday as and when required with OT payment.
- The agents are required to participate in the trainings provided by MBNS and pass all the assessment.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Fresh graduate & applicant with good communication is encourage to apply
- Preferably applicant with Customer Service & Telemarketing experience
- 5 Full-Time and Contract position(s) available
- First contract is 3 month duration - Renewal upon performance record
- Required Language(s) : Applicant must be multilingual with English as a primary language and BM as a secondary language (Mandarin or Tamil proficiency is a plus point)
- Malaysian nationality
- Able to start work immediately

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
