**CONTENT CREATION**
- To take brand ownership and follow the vision, mission, goals and strategies that the Company has set, while having to align them with the department’s objectives.
- To plan, curate and manage the production of content creation for the following category:

- Lifestyle content
- Tutorial & styling content
- Unique Selling Point (USP) product content
- Behind-The-Scene (BTS) content
- Transition content
- To be as a talent with good attributes, appearance, expression, communication, cooperation and attitude for all contents.
- To work closely with Graphic Team and Photo/Video Team on producing content as of when assistance required.
- To ensure that the curated content will have the following aspects; trendy, engaging, informative, significant and consistent with good product & brand placement.
- To analyze the analytic data from online and retail on product performance, sales, customer’s behavior and experience as to initiate strategy for creating more targeted content.
- To prepare Monthly Social Media Report for management’s review on its growth, brand exposure and insights performance.
- To prepare budget and long-term content planning that require expenses and higher-level approval.
- To engage and communicate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on content collaboration that helps to promote product and brand awareness.
- To ensure that every artwork, visuals, audios, documentation and schedule related to the brand’s Intellectual Property (IP) and copyright are well documented, properly filed, labelled and kept confidential at all times.

**LIVE HOSTING**
- To plan and manage live shows on Shopee and other digital platforms that includes;
- Weekly scheduling
- Handling setup, product displays and scripts
- Coordinating the whole process with Videographer, Live Stream/Online Team and E Commerce Team
- Coordinating shoutout posting on social media
- To be as a host for Shopee Live and other live shows on weekly basis (a minimum of once a week) and during big paid campaigns.
- To drive traffic, sales and engagement through interacting with viewers and promoting key products.
- To develop creative ways on live hosting that will improve viewer engagement and experience.
- To monitor and improve the effectiveness of each live shows and constantly update new marketing trends.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
