Host/hostess

**We’re Looking For**:
A passionate, outgoing, and customer-focused **Host/Hostess** to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. You’ll play a key role in creating a memorable first impression for our guests while ensuring smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Warm & Engaging Service** - Greet guests with enthusiasm, seat them efficiently, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Menu Knowledge & Upselling** - Confidently explain our dishes, ingredients, and recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- **Customer Interaction** - Build rapport with guests, answer questions, and ensure their needs are met.
- **Reservation & Seating Management** - Coordinate table assignments and optimize seating flow.
- **Team Coordination** - Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- **Good Communication Skills** - Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).
- **Passionate & Extroverted** - Love interacting with people and creating a positive dining experience.
- **Menu Expertise** - Ability to describe dishes in an appealing way and suggest pairings.
- **Flexible & Proactive** - Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle busy shifts.
