Property Sales/ Real Estate Negotiator

**Job Descriptions**
- Formulate, organize, and develop sales activities by identifying property trends and new market opportunities
- Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in tip top condition
- Participate in any sales launching, event, roadshow, exhibition, and station at the sales gallery in accordance with the working hours and duty roster
- Attend customer enquiries, assist and support sales conveying process
- Build and maintain relationship with potential prospect
- To provide excellent sales service to clients and customers
- Monitor and track sales processes effectively to close sales within the stipulated period
- To prepare report such as weekly & monthly sales report, activities report, work progress report and relevant reports or documentation that required by management
- Support the Marketing team in the implementation of the sales & marketing program and provide feedback on product and campaigns
- To assist real estate agency when required
- To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior/management when required
- Remuneration (Salary + Allowance + Sales commission)

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Property Related Field or equivalent
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin is added advantage
- At least 2-3 years experience in Property Sales/Real Estate Consultation will be an added advantage
- Pro-active, self-motivated, outgoing, and cheerful personality
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills, negotiating skills and selling skill
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Based at Titiwangsa KL Sales Gallery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
