**About the company**:
Trans-Coastal Lines Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian-based shipping company (NVOCC), with a network of agencies in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, China, India & Bangladesh.

**About the position**:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our customers and provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will also provide administrative support to our team, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- To update customer information in the database.
- To meet service targets by achieving both service and productivity levels by ensuring that all calls are answered within the KPI.
- To resolve customer's complaints tactfully and escalate the case to Team Leader, when necessary.
- Provide customer's comments to the Team Leader for service improvement.
- Follow up on all the main tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
- To maintain amicable working relationships with other members and business partners.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1- 2 years of customer service experience, exposure in e-commerce or logistics industry are advantageous.
- Fluent in both Malay & English communication. (Additional benefit for those who are mandarin literate )
- Strong customer service and administrative skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
