**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Receivable & Reconciliations**: Manage and reconcile accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate collection of payments.
- **Accounts Payable & Reconciliations**: Oversee and reconcile accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- **MIS Preparation**: Prepare and present Management Information System (MIS) reports as per management requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
- **Month/Quarter/Year-End Closing**: Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring all financial activities are completed in a timely manner.
- **Statutory Compliances**: Assist with the preparation and submission of statutory compliance filings (e.g., tax filings, GST, etc.).
- **Audit Support**: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits, ensuring that all required information is available and compliant with regulations.
- **Tax Knowledge**: Maintain a basic understanding of accounting principles and applicable direct and indirect taxes to ensure proper tax reporting.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on accounts receivable, payable, and reconciliations.
- **Industry Preference**: Previous experience in the IT industry is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar tools) and MS Excel.
- **Tax Knowledge**: Basic understanding of direct and indirect tax principles.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
