- **Scheduling Appointments**:

- **Managing Cashiering Counter**:

- **Familiar with Cashiering Software and Reports**:

- **Handling Mail and Packages**:

- **Providing Information and Assisting Visitors**:

- **Coordinating Meetings and Events**:

- **Maintaining Records and Files**:

- **Assisting Other Departments**:

- **Handling Security and Safety**.
- **Multitasking and Time Management**:

- **Displaying Professionalism**

**Requirements**:

- **Female (Malaysian Citizen)**:

- **Immediate Starter is added advantage**:

- **SPM or STPM Leavers.**:

- **Excellent English Communication**:

- **Diploma in English Language Studies / Diploma TESL/Diploma Business Studies**:

- **Fresh graduates are encourage to apply**:

- **No experience required**:

- **Receptionist Experience is added advantage**:

- **Training is provided**
