**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision of QA/QC Activities**:

- Lead and supervise the QA/QC team in monitoring all quality control activities throughout the bus manufacturing process.
- Ensure that all quality standards are followed at each stage of production, from parts procurement through final assembly.
- Perform final inspections of completed buses.
- **Production Quality Management**:

- Collaborate with the production team to integrate quality management processes.
- Implement and manage quality control procedures for all stages of production, from raw material handling to finished bus delivery.
- Monitor production schedules and quality performance metrics, addressing any delays or issues related to quality.
- **Defect Detection and Correction**:

- Identify defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities in the production process and take corrective actions as needed.
- Lead root cause analysis of recurring quality issues and work with the production team.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train and mentor QA/QC inspectors and production personnel on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular quality awareness training sessions to ensure all staff are familiar with the importance of quality control and the impact on production.
- **Supplier Quality Management**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming parts and materials.
- Perform inspections and audits of incoming materials to identify any quality issues before they enter the production process.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards, industry certifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports.
- Assist with audits and inspections by internal and external auditors.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and improve the overall quality of the buses.
- Use quality management tools such as Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, FMEA, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to drive improvements in production quality.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with production, engineering, and other departments to review quality data and implement process improvements.
- **Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance**:

- Ensure that quality control activities are conducted in compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support the development of safety procedures related to manufacturing and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, particularly when handling materials or working with machinery.

**Remuneration**:

- Basic Salary: Up to RM4k
- Supportive Work Environment with amenities

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
