**Position: Retail Sales Specialist (APPLE PRODUCT)**

**_Job Description: -_**
- **Creating marketing plans that increase brand awareness through events, promotions, and other activities**:

- **Providing customers with product recommendations based on their personal preferences or needs**:

- **Helping customers find products by locating items in stock and locating items that need to be ordered**:

- **Participating in training to learn new software programs related to retail operations**:

- **Preparing reports based on sales data or other metrics to help managers make business decisions**:

- **Performing clerical tasks such as answering phones, greeting customers, processing invoices, and filing paperwork**:

- **Answering questions about products and helping customers select items that best meet their needs**:

- **Helping customers find what they want by locating items in stock or locating items that need to be ordered**:

- **Processing payments and refunds for items purchased at the store**

**_Requirement: -_**
- **_At least 1-2 years of working experience needed._**:

- **Good communication in English and Bahasa**:

- **Male or Female**:

- **Age range 20-40**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Early shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bandar Utama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
