**Sales Consultant**

A sales consultant in Harmony New Energy Auto Service (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd plays a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with potential buyers, understand their needs and preferences, and guide them through the sales process.
- Demonstrating vehicle features and benefits, discussing financing options, insurance package, negotiating prices, and closing deals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Responsible for showroom and outdoor sales activities.
- Promote and sell vehicles and related products or services to customers.
- Responsible to maintaining a strong knowledge of the automotive industry, including understanding market trends, competitor offerings, and new developments.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers before and after the sale is also essential to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as finance and service departments, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: A high school diploma or degree in business, marketing, or others in related field can be beneficial but is not always mandatory.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the Automotive industry, IT /Mobile, Real Estate is highly preferred. Knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and automotive financing processes is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with customers and effectively conveying information about vehicles and services.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate terms and current promotion to close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Deep understanding of automotive products, features, and technologies is important to assist customers in making informed decisions. (Training will be provided)
- **Customer Focus**: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs before, during, and after the sales process.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments to ensure a positive overall customer experience.
- **Organizational Skills**: Capable of managing multiple tasks, maintaining records, and staying organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
- **Strong Mindset**:Able to work independence with low supervision.**

Basic Salary Plus High Commission

Annual Leave Plus Replacement Leave

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:
