**Location : Prince of Wales Island International School (POWIIS)**
- Assisting head chef in day-to-day operation
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the manager to meet the standard and the quality set by the international school cafeteria standard
- Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- Coordinates daily tasks with the Chef
- Able to estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain all department equipment and reporting of malfunctioning.
- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety, and correct use of equipment and utensils.
- Checks periodically expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
- Carry out any other duties as required by management and will be brief from time to time
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Good Knowledgeable of Asian Chinese menu
- Experience in catering and services will be added advantage
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
