**Job Purpose**

To support the clinic's daily operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, high-quality service delivery, and adherence to clinic protocols.

**Key Responsibilities (80%)**

**1. Patient Services**
- Greet patients warmly and assist with registration.
- Schedule and remind appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Maintain and update patient records accurately.
- Provide information on clinic services, procedures, and consultation fees.
- Assist in preparing patients for consultations or treatments.

**2. Clinical Support**
- Assist doctors and nurses during procedures, treatments, or consultations.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Sterilize and maintain medical instruments and equipment.
- Manage inventory and restock medical supplies as needed.

**3. Administrative Duties**
- Process billing, payments, and insurance claims when applicable.
- Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic management system.

**4. Hygiene and Safety**
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards.
- Dispose of clinical waste appropriately.
- Perform regular cleaning of clinic areas, including waiting and treatment rooms.

**Supportive Responsibilities (20%)**

**1. Customer Service & Patient Engagement**
- Address patient concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide follow-up communication with patients as needed.

**2. Marketing & Outreach**
- Assist in promotional activities such as health campaigns or clinic programs.
- Support social media content creation using Canva and CapCut.

**3. Miscellaneous Duties**
- Perform any other duties assigned by the doctor or clinic manager.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and clinic policies.
- Support ad hoc tasks when required.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, clinic management systems).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and social media (advantageous).
- Familiarity with medical terminology (preferred but not mandatory).

**Experience & Work Environment**
- Previous experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
- Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting.
- Interaction with patients from diverse backgrounds and conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
