Tearista

Job Summary:
A Tearista is responsible for preparing high-quality tea beverages, engaging customers with excellent service, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Beverage Preparation
- Prepare a wide variety of tea-based drinks including milk teas, fruit teas, lattes, and specialty drinks.
- Follow standardized recipes and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
- Operate blenders, tea brewers, sealing machines, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable service.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle special requests or questions about the menu.
- Handle transactions at the register and manage cash and digital payments responsibly.
- Product Promotion
- Offer free samples of tea beverages to potential customers to promote our product range.
- Actively engage with customers during sampling, answering questions and highlighting flavor profiles or promotions.
- Encourage feedback and invite new customers to try full-size drinks.
- Store Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer areas.
- Restock supplies including cups, straws, ingredients, and tea leaves as needed.
- Assist in opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, and inventory checks.
- Teamwork
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.
- Support a positive work environment by communicating effectively and respectfully.
- Quality & Safety
- Monitor product freshness and ingredient quality.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
