- Liaise with suppliers to develop marketing and promotions plans
- Monitor, analyze, optimize, manage performance of campaigns
- Monitor and ensure company’s target on profit margin is met
- Set pricing and monitor realization of pricing for all products within area of responsibility
- Strategic planning and execution developing marketing/promotion plan, pre/post launch
- Managing the entire product strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Assist with the development of the annual marketing plan and for controlling advertising, promotion and sales aids in accordance with the annual marketing plan.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Product Manager or related field.
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates willingness to work with others.
- Excellent analytical skills, high integrity, and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Articulate the solutions and positioning of solutions to relevant target market or customers.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills with the capability to communicate solutions and business concepts.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, committed, pro-active with creative thinking, initiative and work with minimum supervision.
- A good team player.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
