**Must Have Requirement**:
1. Language: Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay

2. Job Skill: Good in making Cantonese Cuisines, such as making dim sum,

understanding traditional techniques such as folding, steaming, and frying dimsum, is crucial.

3. Job Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations,and allergen awareness is critical in a production environment.

1. Creativity in developing new, exciting, and authentic vegetarian dim sum recipes.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Recipe Development: Creating and refining vegetarian dim sum recipes that align with the company’s plant-based philosophy.

2. Ingredient Preparation: Selecting, prepping, and handling plant-based ingredients to produce a wide range of dim sum.

3. Overseeing Production: Supervising the production process to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to food safety standards, managing cooking temperatures, and portion sizes.

4. Quality Assurance: Conducting regular quality checks, including taste tests, visual inspections, and ensuring that products meet vegetarian certification requirements and safety standards.

5. Training Staff: Providing training to production staff on the proper techniques for preparing vegetarian dim sum, maintaining high-quality standards in both production and hygiene.

6. Inventory and Stock Control: Managing ingredient stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing waste in the production process.

7. Collaboration with Marketing: Working closely with the marketing department to support product launches, promotional events, and marketing campaigns. This includes showcasing new vegetarian dim sum products through cooking demonstrations.

8. Product Demonstrations: Occasionally conducting live product demonstrations to internal teams or at public events, showing how the vegetarian dim sum is prepared and cooked.

9. Company Exhibitions: Participating in company exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to present our vegetarian dim sum range.

10. Guest Visits and Tasting: Preparing and cooking product samples for special company events, such as when hosting corporate guests, clients, or investors.

11. Collaboration with R&D: Supporting the research and development team in creating new, innovative products that can be presented to the marketing team for promotions and launched into the market.

12. Customer Feedback: Gathering and analysing feedback from customers and guests during demonstrations, helping to refine the recipes and improve the products.

13. Compliance with Health & Hygiene Regulations: Ensuring that all demonstrations and production practices comply with food safety. Maintaining a clean and organized working area; including cleaning of cooking and eating utensils after food tastings or development of samples done, cleaning of material or food storage area (freezer or refrigerator) and other facilities within the working area.

**Job Requirements**

1. Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Malay.

2. Basic computer knowledge.

3. Specific training and experience in making dim sum, understanding traditional techniques such as folding, steaming, and frying dim sum, is crucial.

4. Expertise in plant-based cooking and familiarity with meat substitutes, tofu, and other vegetarian ingredients is preferable.

5. Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen awareness is critical in a production environment.

6. Creativity in developing new, exciting, and authentic vegetarian dim sum recipes.

**Work Schedule**:
Monday-Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am - 1:30pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
