Assist the head of Contract Department for preparing tendering matters.
- Asist in procurement and project cost control
- Communicate with consultants and project team to ensure daily problem solving's and timely progress of schedule works
- Handle Contract administration work.
- Prepare Variation order, Cost Estimation, Procurement of various trades and material arrangement for ongoing project
- Identifying, negotiate and contract pricing with various subcontractors
- Submit for progress claim and technical specifications
- Tender analyse and reporting.
- Cost control of works contractors and completing projects within the budget.
- Liaise with architects regarding the specification and design
- Assist Project for Quality & cost checking on finished works
- * Advise and review the contract terms & conditions.
- Reviewed manufacturing & subcontractor list

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
