The Landscape Architect is responsible for the planning, design, and coordination of landscape projects from concept to completion. The role involves creative and technical input in developing sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscape areas that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop landscape design concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for various project scales.

2. Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visualizations for client review.

3. Produce construction drawings, planting plans, and technical details in compliance with design standards and specifications.

4. Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants (architects, engineers, planners, etc.) to ensure integrated design solutions.

5. Participate in site analysis, feasibility studies, and design workshops.

6. Prepare tender documentation, including Bills of Quantities (BoQ), specifications, and cost estimates.

7. Review shop drawings, material submissions, and monitor construction works to ensure design intent is achieved.

8. Attend project and coordination meetings with clients, contractors, and authorities.

9. Provide input on sustainable landscape practices and maintenance strategies.

10. Ensure all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.

11. Any other matters as directed time by time of company representative.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
