We're seeking an **Executive, Quality Control** to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications. This position involves conducting inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and collaborating with production teams to resolve quality-related issue.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine inspections and tests on products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Conduct internal quality audits and coordinate external audits (e.g ISO, Green, customer).
- Investigate non-conformities and customer complaints; recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work closely with Production, R&D, Procurement, Sales, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and improve documentation of Quality Management Systems (QMS), inspections, tests, and other quality control activities.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics, trends, and performance for the Management review.
- Train and educate employees on quality control procedures, standards, and continuous improvement practices.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a quality control position within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and Microsoft Office Tools.
- Solid understanding of quality control standards, inspection processes and testing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
