**Position: Telesales**

**Headcounts: 20**

**Working location: KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur**

**Tenure: Contract converted to Permanent**

**Working hours/days: 830AM - 630PM (Monday - Friday)**

**Salary offered: Up to RM 2,400**

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Job Requirements**
- SPM holder
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in a sales environment
- Fresh Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,400.00 per month

- STM/STPM (preferred)

- TeleMarketing: 1 year (preferred)
