Have good knowledge about maintenance field especially in aircond
Have technical background of education like Giatmara, Kolej Vokasional, SKM certificates are encourage to apply

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update daily maintenance checklist
- Prepare and update monthly inventory checklist
- Check and maintain the units facilities
- Repair and fixed the major maintenance issues - aircond services and maintenance, piping issue and electrical appliances like dryer, washing machine and refrigerator
- Assist Supervisor daily tasks
- Assist Housekeeping tasks if needed
- Any ad hoc tasks by superior
- Ready to rellocate to any branch if needed
- Must ready to commute and travel to other branch PJ, Bukit Jalil & Bukit Bintang if needed.
- Ready to accept ON CALL when emergency issues arise
- Daily reporting at HQ Setia Alam

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
