**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to **gather, document, and analyze business processes**.
- Identify automation opportunities and conduct **feasibility studies + ROI analysis**.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and work with RPA developers on **Process Definition Documents (PDD)**.
- Support UAT, user training, and deployment handover.
- Provide continuous improvement suggestions to optimize existing automations.

Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Minimum **3 years of experience** as Business Analyst, with at least **2 years in RPA/automation projects**.
- Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with **UiPath, Laiye, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism**.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Mandarin/Malay a plus).
- Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves
- RPA certifications (UiPath BA, Blue Prism Foundation, Laiye BA).
- Consulting or client-facing project experience.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
