Handle daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payment voucher and petty cash management.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with payroll processing.
- Manage office administration duties including filing, record keeping, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office supplies purchase and maintain office equipment.
- Support management with scheduling meetings and communication across department.
- Liaise with external vendors, clients, and government agencies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Any ad-hoc tasks given by department HOD and management.

Requirement & Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of working experience in related field.
- Knowledge in E-Invoicing is an added advantage.
- Posses basic accounting knowledge and experience with accounting software (Autocount Accounting) is an advantage.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills and able to work in a fact paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
