**Job Descriptions**
- Manage and control the daily warehouse operation job
- Ensure the timely shipping and receiving of all the products or goods
- Ensure that all orders are completed on time and ready for collection or delivery
- Maintain the operations by preparing and implementing the policies or standards in order to meet the requirement of the company
- Provide assistance in completing the warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning the employees
- Maintaining the warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training the employees
- Provide assistance in personnel, training and development, safety, technical and operation matters
- Handle and coordinate all the relevant activities and job
- Work with internal and external team closely in order to run the activities smoothly
- Ensure the physical condition of warehouse, equipment, vehicle(lorry or forklift) and other related from time to time
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the environment of warehouse
- Protect employees by providing a safe and clean environment
- Responsible on reporting all the information or decision to Warehouse Manager
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior or manager

**Requirements**:

- Having experience in logistics or warehousing will be an added advantage
- Able to travel
- Possess own transport
- Strong communication skill
- Positive attitude and passionate on the collaborative teamwork
- Possess strong organization skills and planning abilities
