Land Surveyor

Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
- Verifying data and calculations.
- Recording results of surveys.
- Undertaking land surveys or measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment.
- Liaise and coordinate with licensed land surveyor to ensure accuracy or survey data, measurement, calculation and all matters related to surveying work.
- Presenting data to clients.
- Perform survey as-built drawing, record survey related data, construction setting out point, levelling, marking guidelines as per drawings and perform control point survey.
- Monitoring construction level based on survey point.
- Monitor and co-ordinate with sub-contractors on survey related matter to ensure accuracy and correctness.
- To undertake all joint survey with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Liaise with authorities, client, and consultant regarding surveying related works.
- Responsible for maintenance and safe keeping of all survey instruments.
- To ensure that all survey instruments used are calibrated.
- Any assignment as deemed fit and necessary by the Management.
- Degree in surveying.
- Good numeracy skills and the ability to make mathematical calculations.
- Logical thinking skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Organizational skills.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
