**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Management:_

Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations to management.
- Accounts Oversight:_

Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger processes.

Oversee the timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Compliance and Reporting:_

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, hotel policies, and audit requirements.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Team Leadership:_

Supervise and mentor the accounting team.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training opportunities.
- Systems and Procedures:_

Optimize financial systems and workflows for efficiency.

Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
- Cost Control:_

Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (hospitality experience is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., IFCA and MS Excel ).

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
