**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Take customer orders accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints or escalate to a supervisor if needed.

Food & Beverage Handling:

- Handle food and beverages according to company standards.
- Pack and serve orders to customers.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Cashiering:

- Operate the cash register or POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit transactions, and issue receipts.
- Ensure correct change is given and cash drawer is balanced.

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

- Clean tables, counters, and work areas.
- Wash dishes and utensils (if required).
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining or service area.

Stock & Inventory:

- Refill condiments, napkins, utensils, and other supplies.
- Assist in stocktaking and inventory checks.
- Report low stock levels to the supervisor or manager.

Team Support:

- Assist team members in various duties during busy hours.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
