**Position : Demi Chef (Pastry)**
**Salary Scale : RM2,300 to 2,600 (Depending on skills & experience)**
**Property : Mines Beach Resort by Tamara Concierge Group**
**Reporting : Executive Chef and Pastry Chef**
**Roles & Responsibility**
Your role as a Demi Chef will include assisting senior chefs in maintaining exceptional culinary standards, ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with established recipes and guidelines. Additionally, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding dining experience for every guest by upholding the quality and service expectations of the Resort
**THE JOBSCOPE**
- To prepare mise en place for Pastry kitchen
- To assist senior chefs in preparing and cooking of dishes according to SOP
- Work closely with other Culinary Team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Works under the supervision of a senior chef to learn cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Maintains a clean and organized work station and helps with cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), hygiene practices and food handling.
- To assist kitchen inventory, helps with stock rotation, ensuring ingredients are used before their expiry date.
- To comply with food safety regulations, ensuring the proper handling, storage, and preparation of both raw and cooked food items.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, and organized kitchen environment by following proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

- Able to work in fast paced environment and work flexible hours
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
