The position reports directly to the Operation Executive. Your journey will start with briefing & process training by Operation Executive & Product Engineer.

- **DAILY JOB SCOPE**:_
- Prepare and release stocks in correct quantity from warehouse based on approved Delivery Order.
- Check quantity of incoming stocks against supplier's Delivery Order.
- Key in incoming & outgoing stocks quantity into stock card of computer system.
- Organise and help workers in all QC Check process for any incoming goods as per product SOP.
- Organise and help workers in assembly and packing of products to make sure all are ready for delivery whenever required.
- Manage and control returned faulty items/ parts. Make sure any outgoing parts for replacement under warranty must be returned by service technician.
- To prepare Product Return Form, organise worker to check the returned faulty items if the item is confirmed faulty, repairable or non repairable conditions. Report to Operation Executive for further action.
- Keep the warehouse clean & tidy with tools & stocks must be organised well.
- **MONTHLY JOB SCOPE**:_
- Physical stock take in warehouse and prepare stock count report.
- Make sure physical stock take quantity match with stock card.
- Make sure faulty items & parts quantity received match with what released from warehouse for replacement under warranty.

**Requirement: -**
- 20~30 years old is preferred
- Posses valid driving license
- The working hours is from 9am - 530pm with from Monday to Saturday; a Daily Huddle Meeting with Operation Executive at 10:15am.
- The position is required to work beyond the specific working hours as and when required.
