A1 Chargeman

**JOB PURPOSE**

Assist in ensuring all mechanical & electrical (M&E) installations are fully functional and well-maintained for the assigned portfolio.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform corrective & preventive maintenance for LV, ELV, UPS, generator, and air-conditioning systems.
- Conduct regular LV inspections per Suruhanjaya Tenaga standards.
- Handle breakdown repairs and ensure safe operation of all M&E systems.
- Standby for emergency calls and support incident management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations; renew A1 license annually.
- Assist in budgeting, invoice processing, and cost control for M&E expenses.
- Coordinate contractors, monitor service quality, and review SLAs.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and compliance documents.
- Support customer issue resolution and propose service improvements.
- Conduct site inspections and report maintenance or compliance issues.
- Ensure team efficiency, timely reporting, and proper system data entry.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Certificate/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Class A1 Chargeman Certificate (valid).
- Min 5 years’ experience in property/facility management.
- Good M&E knowledge for high-rise/commercial buildings.
- Strong teamwork and communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 60 months

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
